Terms and Conditions
 
These Terms and Conditions govern the supply of goods sold by Geared Up Leisure Ltd.
All orders placed by you and purchases of goods from us (whether in-store, by telephone, via our website or by such other means as we may permit) are on the basis of these Terms and Conditions and are subject to acceptance by us either (as applicable): (i) by delivery of the goods to you; or (ii) by providing the goods you have purchased to you at the trade counter, at which point a legally binding contract is constituted between you and us.
Under the Consumer Rights Act, all goods supplied under a consumer contract should:
  • be of satisfactory quality;
  • be fit for purpose;
  • match the description, sample or model; and
  • Be installed correctly (if part of the contract).
During the expected lifespan of the product purchased, if the goods are faulty, the customer has the rights of return, replacement, repair or refund governed by the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
 
Under the Consumer Rights Act, all services supplied under a consumer contract should:
  • carried out with reasonable care and skill;
  • completed for a reasonable price (where no price is specified, i.e. hourly rates);
  • completed within a reasonable time (where no timescale is provided); and
  • completed in accordance with any information said or conveyed in writing to the consumer where the consumer relies on it (intended to include quotations, assurances regarding timescales and information provided pre-contract to the customer which induces them to purchase services from the trader). This is in addition to any rights that may arise as a result of a misrepresentation.
 

"In addition to our Returns Policy, under the Consumer Contracts Regulations, you have the right to cancel your order up to 14 days from the day you receive your goods if you are an online, mail or telephone order customer. You then have a further 14 days from the date you notify the retailer of your cancellation to return the goods.”

 

“Under the Consumer Rights Act you have an early right to reject goods that are unsatisfactory quality, unfit for purpose or not as described, and get a full refund.But this right is limited to 30 days from the date you took ownership of the goods (this could be the date of purchase or the date the goods were delivered to you - whichever is later)"
